Then head out for a three hours boat game drive on the M’Passa river to our main camp in the savanna. This guided boat safari along the M’Passa river is one of the best ways to view forest animals such as the forest elephant, forest buffalo, western lowland gorillas, monkeys , sitatunga and the reclusive Grimm’s Duiker, locally known as the Ntsa. During these trips, you will often see some of the species of birds that are found in Batéké Plateaux National Park.
